Description
This test is used to identify Ketamine and other substances from the same family. The test also detects PCP (Phencyclidine). Based on a wet chemical reaction, this identification test is extremely reliable and easy to use. Insert a small amount of the substance to identify. In contact with the suspicious substance, the ampoule will change color. Compare then the color change with the color chart included in the leaflet.
A blue color (then velvet after having added the small catalyst into the ampoule) indicates the presence of Ketamine or one the substances of the same family such as Methoxetamine (MXE), N-Ethyl-Ketamine (NEK) or Tiletamine.
A blue color indicates the presence of Phencyclidine (PCP).
Accurate result within 1 minute.
NarcoCheck® ID-Test® is intended to be used by health professionals, law enforcement, customs and associations that promote prevention for drugs consumption related risks.
Note :
- This test can also identify the presence of Zolpidem (Stilnox®, Ambien®), a powerful sleeping pill belonging to the benzodiazepines’ family, by turning blue.
- This test cannot distinguish S-Ketamine from R-Ketamine.
- This test cannot distinguish between two similar drugs (e.g. ketamine & methoxetamine).
